I fulfilled my original 12 month annual subscription. Loopnet auto-renewed the subscription and when I went to cancel they forced me to pay for the entire year and would not let me cancel.

The least they could do is have me bump to a lower subscription which is a higher cost but to force me to pay for the entire year after I fulfilled the original agreement (12 months), is ridiculous.

That's like a phone company making you sign a 1 year agreement and then when it rolls over, forcing you into another agreement because you didn't cancel the auto renewal in time. I don't only think this is not right, this sounds like a class action.

Review about: Loopnet Premium Lister Subscription.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $840.

I didn't like: Automatic renewal charges.
