I fulfilled my original 12 month annual subscription.Loopnet auto-renewed the subscription and when I went to cancel they forced me to pay for the entire year and would not let me cancel.

The least they could do is have me bump to a lower subscription which is a higher cost but to force me to pay for the entire year after I fulfilled the original agreement (12 months), is ridiculous.

That's like a phone company making you sign a 1 year agreement and then when it rolls over, forcing you into another agreement because you didn't cancel the auto renewal in time.I don't only think this is not right, this sounds like a class action.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $840.

I didn't like: Automatic renewal charges.
