Tampa Florida currently on Loopnet as a teaser ad to entice you to pay for their service, to see further details of a too good to be true, owner financed dirt cheap warehouse, but the ad is a lie, and the property detailed in a photograph, and a fake address is not for sale, has never been for sale since it was purchased in 1998 by the current owner. 4021-4023 Osborne Avenue, Tampa is actually not the picture of the property in the ad, or the property described in the ad.

Plain old false advertising. Actually low down and dirty, misleading and purposely placed to trick you into paying them for being deceiving liars.

Review about: Loopnet Property Listing.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $450000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Bait and switch tactics, False advertising.
